    How do I place a return/replacement/ request on Riara?

      If you want to return/replace a product on Riara, please follow these steps:

      Call us on 91-784-984-1450 (Monday to Saturday, 09:30 till 18:30) or drop us an email at contact@riarafashion.com. Also, you can send us a query through our contact page.

        How do I place a cancellation request on Riara?

          If you wish to cancel your order before dispatch, kindly give us call or drop us an email, your order cancellation request will be fulfilled in next 24 hours of time. (If not dispatched)

            How long will it take me to receive the refund for my return?

              We take anywhere between 5-7 working days to complete your refund request. For all pre-paid orders, the refund amount will be credited to the same account from where payment was made. For all Cash on Delivery orders, refunds can either be made in the form of E-vouchers that can be used for your future purchase on Riarafashion.com or can be in the form of an NEFT transfer to your bank account.

                Why was my order cancelled by Riara?

                  We regret the inconvenience caused due to order cancellation. Your order may have been cancelled due to any of the following reasons:

                  • If product is out of stock or is discontinued.
                  • Inaccuracies or errors in pricing information.

                   

                    Can I modify my delivery address?

                      House no., building no, street number & pin code can be modified. These changes are only possible, before order is at "Pending" stage.

                        What if the delivered product has minor fitting issues. Is there any option available?

                          If any alteration is required in delivered product, kindly visit your nearest store and it will be done without any extra charges. You need to carry original invoice, received with product.

                            Are there any hidden costs (sales tax, etc.) on items sold by Riara?

                              No, there are no extra charges other than those mentioned on the product page. Your total bill amount will be displayed at the time of payment, before you complete placing an order. You can pay through credit/debit card, net banking, E-voucher or cash on delivery. In case you opt for cash on delivery, you have to pay only the amount mentioned on the invoice (received at the time of delivery).

                                What should I do if I have trouble with logging in?

                                  Follow these instructions if you face an issue logging in:

                                  Check your login details. Your username is the e-mail address you used for registration.

                                  Ensure that your web browser accepts cookies.

                                  If you have forgotten your password, reset your password using the 'Forgot your Password' link on the sign-in page.

                                  In case the system is undergoing maintenance, please try logging in again after 30 minutes.

                                  If you are still unable to access your account, please contact our Customer Care. We will resolve the issue at the earliest.

                                    Is customization in products possible?

                                      Yes. We do customization on bulk orders.

                                        I have ordered a wrong size or color. Can I get it exchanged/replaced?

                                          We offer exchange or replacement, however please get in touch within 48 hours before the order is dispatched.

                                            I received a damaged piece. How can I get it replaced?

                                              Please get in touch within 48 hours after receiving the order. Send a mail at sales @riarafashion.com describing the scenario. Our team will look into the matter and revert to you within the next 48 hours with a procedure to be followed for any replacement to happen.

                                                The product I received look slightly different from its image shown on the website. Can I return my order?

                                                  Sorry, we do not offer any returns / refunds as our each and every product is handmade with vegetable dyes. This may cause the color to look a little dull in comparison to the ones with chemicals infused in it. Also there may be asymmetry in the print due to hand printing. We do not offer any exchanges or refunds for the same.
